Black salt has been used in Ayurvedic
medicine for hundreds of years. It contains plenty
of mineral salts which are insoluble and due to
which the body cannot absorb it. It is now being
used in cooking as well. It is much healthier than
common salt.

easily removed by the consumption of black salt. It
